Privacy policy

Short version: this website has no accounts, cookies, analytics, ads or forms. None of my games ask for your name, email or a sign-in, and I never sell your information.
Who I am
Newp Games is run by Nathan Partch, an individual developer based in the United States. In this policy, "we", "us" and "I" all mean Nathan Partch. Contact: help@newpgames.com.
This website (newpgames.com)
- No cookies, analytics or trackers. The site is plain pages, images, fonts and videos served from this domain. It loads nothing from third parties.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. I don't use it to identify you.
- Email. If you email me, I get your email address and whatever you write, and I use it only to reply and help. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
- Links. Play buttons go to each game's own site (locks-and-loot.pages.dev, brickbit.pages.dev, robo-stand.pages.dev), and store buttons go to the App Store or Google Play, which have their own policies.
The games
Each game has its own privacy details. Here's a plain-English summary; where a game has a full policy, it's linked and that policy is the one that applies.
Locks & Loot
- No name, email or account. Progress saves on your device and is backed up to our server under a random link code.
- Sends feedback you choose to write, automatic error reports, and anonymous play counts (which you can turn off in Settings, Play stats).
- The web version has no ads. The apps offer optional reward ads through Google AdMob and optional purchases handled by Apple or Google through RevenueCat.
- Ask for your cloud save to be deleted any time with your link code.

Brickbit
- No name, email, account, ads, analytics or tracking. Progress saves on your device.
- Leaderboards store a random id, a leaderboard name and your best scores. Free players get an automatic name.
- Transfer codes you create store a copy of your progress for 7 days, then it's deleted.
- Brickbit Premium (apps only) is paid through Apple or Google; RevenueCat confirms the purchase with an anonymous id.

Robo Stand
This section is the full privacy policy for Robo Stand (robo-stand.pages.dev).
- What it stores: your game progress and settings, saved in your browser's storage on your own device. It stays there until you clear your browser's site data.
- What it sends: nothing. Robo Stand has no accounts, no cloud save, no leaderboards, no analytics, no ads and no payments in the browser version. It doesn't use your camera, microphone, contacts or location.
- Hosting: the game is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and browser details to serve it, as any web host does.
- Deleting your data: clear the site data for robo-stand.pages.dev in your browser. No copy is held anywhere else.
If a future app version adds purchases, ads or online features, this section will be updated before they launch.
Children
The games are made for a general audience and don't knowingly collect personal information from children. None of them ask for a name, email address or age. If you believe a child has sent personal information by email, get in touch and it will be deleted.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask what's held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing help@newpgames.com. Since the games don't use names or accounts, include something that identifies your data, such as a Locks & Loot link code or a Brickbit leaderboard name.
Changes
If this policy changes, it will be updated here with a new date at the top.
